In the community, Rachel is known for being an energetic and compassionate yoga teacher with a spiritual and playful approach to her classes. She creates a warm and supportive environment that empowers her students to challenge themselves, while welcoming them to laugh out loud and have fun along the way. As an experienced physiotherapist, she seamlessly combines her professional expertise in anatomy & physiology with her profound appreciation for ancient yogic philosophy to help bring traditional yoga practice into the evidence-based present. Her specialist knowledge of the body allows her to teach students of all levels and to offer advice and safe modifications for any existing injuries or post-operative recovery. She strongly believes in a holistic approach to health & wellbeing and leading a life of all-encompassing love and acceptance.

Rachel completed her MSc in Physiotherapy at Robert Gordon University in 2019 and completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Northeastern University in 2024. She is a registered physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council and is an active member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists and Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Neurology. She currently works as a specialist neurological physiotherapist in the private sector in London. In 2019, Rachel completed her 200-hour Yoga Alliance RYT with Pink Lotus Yoga in Scotland. She has also completed additional training in Yin Yoga with Norman Blair, Assists & Adjustments with Gingi Lee from The Shala, and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga with Alexandra Cat from The Yoga Clinic UK, which she mindfully incorporates into all of her classes. Rachel is the resident yoga instructor for the popular run club Midnight Runners, has offered yoga classes to world renowned festivals including Glastonbury Festival and Love Trails, and has fully organised and led multiple sold-out yoga retreats around the globe.
